By using our repair services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Repair Services
We provide diagnostic and repair services for mobile phones and related devices. All repairs are performed to the best of our ability using high-quality replacement parts.
2. Diagnostics
Diagnostics may be free or paid depending on the repair type. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once testing has begun, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
3. Repair Time
Repair times provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of the repair, or unforeseen technical issues.
4. Data Responsibility
While we take care during repairs, we are not responsible for data loss. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting a device for repair.
5. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor for eligible repairs.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, software issues, or unauthorized repairs after service.
• Warranty is void if the device is damaged after repair.
6. Water-Damaged Devices
Water or liquid damage repairs are attempted on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee full recovery, and corrosion-related issues may occur after repair.
7. Manufacturer Warranty
Repairs performed by us may void the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to check warranty status before authorizing repairs.
8. Parts Quality
We use high-quality aftermarket or OEM-equivalent parts unless otherwise specified. OEM parts may be available upon request and at additional cost.
9. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair. Devices will not be released until payment is received.
10. Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or recycle unclaimed devices to recover costs.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Loss of data
• Pre-existing damage
• Manufacturer defects
• Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed.
12. Customer Authorization
By submitting your device, you authorize us to perform diagnostics and repairs and acknowledge the risks involved with electronic repairs.
13. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, counterfeit devices, or unsafe working conditions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
